The bargain

Lamza is provided as it is, with no warranty, no uptime promise and no liability beyond the goodwill of the person running the box. It costs nothing and asks for nothing but an email address.

Your page is yours

You keep the rights to everything you publish here. You are responsible for the links and text your page carries, and publishing through this service means you hold the rights to what you point at.

Not for

Malware and phishing pages, impersonation of a person or company you are not, and content that is illegal where you are or where the server is. This is a link page, not a host for files, so the practical test is simple: your hub should point at things you are allowed to point at.

Handles are shared, not owned

Addresses are first-come and can be renamed — at most once an hour, so nobody squats and pumps names — and a dropped address answers for a while by redirecting to wherever its previous page moved, until someone new claims the name, at which point the old redirect dies. A handle here implies no endorsement by anyone and grants no trademark.

Moderation

A single operator reads the report queue. The strongest action is suspending a page: it stops drawing the owner’s content, leaves the directory, the sitemap and the feed, and answers visitors with a neutral notice. Reasons are deliberately never published, and an owner cannot lift their own suspension — that asymmetry is proven against the database itself, not just the application.

Fair use of one machine

Sign-ins, writes and tracking each carry per-address rate limits, and pages carry capacity limits, because one modest server answers for everyone. A limit exists to keep the service usable, not to catch anybody doing anything wrong.

This page is the current version of the terms, dated below. The service is free and experimental; if the bargain changes materially, this page is where the new one lives.
